A couple on a lounge exploring a property listing on a laptop

Interactive maps for stays

Let guests walk the property before they book it.

Who sleeps where, what's upstairs, how far the pool is from the deck. Every photo pinned to a map a guest explores before they hit reserve, so they book with confidence and ask you less.

Help guests book with confidence

Stop answering the same questions

The whole layout at once, not a photo roll

Fewer questions, better-matched guests

An edge the platforms can't give you

List it. Show it. Book it.

Twenty photos in a random order can't tell a family whether the second bedroom really sleeps two teenagers, whether Nan can reach the bathroom without stairs, or how far the pool sits from where the kids will be. So they message you and wait, or they book the listing that already answered it. One interactive map shows the whole property at once: every room in its actual place, the levels, the deck, the outlook, the walk to the beach.

  • ✓Full floor plan: every room in its real position
  • ✓Levels & stairs, so groups know what they're booking
  • ✓Aspect & outlook: which rooms get the morning sun
  • ✓A description on every room, deck and outdoor space
  • ✓Aerial view of the property and its setting
  • ✓Summer, Winter, Twilight or 360° of the same space

The problem

Your photos are beautiful. They still can't answer the question that decides the booking.

A guest choosing between three properties needs to know who sleeps where, what's upstairs, and how the place works for their group. Twenty photos in a random order can't tell them, so they message you and wait, or book the listing that already explained it.

Guests

Can't tell whether the property suits their group: who sleeps where, how many bathrooms are upstairs, whether the layout works with a toddler or a grandparent. So they ask, or they book elsewhere.

Hosts & managers

Answer the same handful of questions for every enquiry, and still lose bookings to listings that explained themselves better. The photos were never the problem. The missing layout was.

Owners

Pay commission on every platform booking while their own direct site offers a guest nothing the platforms don't already have. An interactive map is something only their site can show.

Who it's for

Built for every kind of stay.

If a guest has to picture the place before they book it, this helps. The map is the same; what changes is what you point it at.

  • Holiday homes
  • Airbnb & short stays
  • Motels & hotels
  • Caravan parks
  • Hipcamps & farm stays
  • Resorts & retreats

Holiday homes & Airbnb

Show which bedroom is which, what's upstairs, and how the outdoor space actually works for a group.

Motels & hotels

Room types, where each block sits, parking, reception and what's a short walk away.

Caravan parks

Powered and unpowered sites, amenities blocks, camp kitchen, boat ramp. A guest can find their site before they tow in.

Hipcamps & farm stays

Paddocks, access tracks, gates and facilities across land a photo gallery can't make sense of.

Resorts & retreats

Multiple buildings, pools, dining and villa types laid out so a guest understands the whole site.

Cabins & tiny homes

Small spaces where the layout is the whole question, and one clear map answers it.

One property or a hundred, the map works the same way. Multi-site operators get one per property.

The platform

Not another warped, disconnected dollhouse tour.

This isn't a mockup. Try it yourself. A real, published property, click through room by room. No distorted spaces, no floating rooms, no generic 360° bolted on afterward.

Numbered hotspots on the floor plan, laid over an aerial photo of the property

Every photo, pinned where it was taken

Numbered markers on the real floor plan and the aerial. A guest clicks a bedroom and sees that bedroom, so they know who sleeps where before they book, not after they arrive.

The same room shown two different ways

Seasons and times of day

The same deck in summer and winter, or the view at sunset. One space, the versions that actually sell the stay.

The property's rate, sizes and amenities laid out beside the hero photo

Everything a guest asks, laid out clean

Sleeping arrangements, amenities, check-in and house details beside the map, instead of buried three screens down a description.

Levels & layout
Which bedrooms are upstairs, where the bathrooms sit, how the living spaces connect.
No scanner required
Built from photos and a floor plan you already have. No special camera, no re-shoot.
Embed anywhere
Put it on your direct-booking site or paste one link into any platform listing. Works on any device, no app to install.

Pricing

Your first property is free. After that, pay per property.

No credit card to start, no subscription, nothing to cancel. Credits work like pay-as-you-go tokens: buy what you need, when you need it.

First property: free
No credit card, no trial period. Publish your first interactive map at zero cost.
After that: pay-as-you-go
Top up credits as you need them. A holiday property is listed once and earns for years, so you're not paying a monthly fee for a map that's already finished.
Full control
See exactly what a property will cost before you publish it. No surprise charges months after you've stopped using something.

The difference

Same property. Two very different listings.

Everything on the right is what a guest can work out for themselves, without messaging you first.

A photo gallery

  • Photos in an order nobody chose
  • No idea how the rooms connect
  • Layout and levels left to guesswork
  • Outdoor space impossible to place
  • The same questions, every enquiry
  • Looks like every other listing

An interactive map

  • Every photo pinned to where it was taken
  • The whole layout in one view
  • Levels and stairs obvious at a glance
  • Decks, pool and grounds in position
  • Guests answer their own questions
  • Something only your listing has
“We photograph properties for a living. For years we watched guests scroll straight past our best work, because a gallery can't tell them who sleeps where, what's upstairs, or which way the deck faces. So we built the listing we always wanted to hand a host: every photo pinned to the floor plan, every level and outlook in place, on one map a guest can explore before they book.”

Questions

The things operators ask first.

Short answers. If yours isn't here, ask us and we'll add it.

Who is this for?

Anyone letting a property a guest can't walk through before they commit: holiday homes, Airbnb and short stays, motels, caravan parks, Hipcamps and farm stays, resorts, cabins. One property or a hundred.

Can I use it on Airbnb, Booking.com or my own site?

Your own site, yes. You get an embed snippet that drops straight in. On the big platforms you can't embed anything, but you can paste your map's link into the description, your check-in messages and your emails. Nothing needs installing at either end.

Do guests need an app or an account?

No. It opens in whatever browser they already have, on a phone or a laptop, from a single link. No sign-up, no download, no account.

What do you need from me to build it?

Photos you already have and a floor plan or site plan. An aerial shot helps for parks and larger sites but isn't essential. No special camera and no re-shoot. If you've had the place photographed, you have what's needed.

How long does it take?

Building it is an afternoon's work, and you can do it yourself or hand it to a photographer. Changing it later takes minutes and the link never changes.

What does it cost?

Your first property is free, with no card required. After that you buy credits and spend them when you publish. There's no subscription running in the background and nothing to cancel.

Give guests the map before they book.
